'Hours' shot for David Bowies album cover of the same name. It was inspired by Michelangelo's Piete and was discussed out of the blue over beans on toast.I got the chance to work with not only my hero but the smartest and elusive talents in music history. Arriving with an entourage of one, his lifelong friend Coco, who sat in as his body double. Cigarettes, coffee and I promise to not play his own music were his modest demands. He was so inclusive with the whole crew and mischaevious at every opportunity. His knowledge of the 'new' internet world and digital photography reminded me of another Bowie role as Thomas Jerome Newton. It wouldnt have surprised me if they were one of the same.
