Tim Fowler’s "Broken Vase" is a radiant and contemplative floral composition painted in acrylic, oil, pastel, and spray paint on paper.Broken Vase captures the ephemeral beauty of imperfection. With a palette dominated by vibrant pinks, cool blues, sunny yellows and passionate magenta, the artwork presents a stylised plant rising from a loosely defined, almost transparent vase — fractured and marked with an expressive 'X',a recurring motif in Fowler's work,the piece symbolises the unspoken grace found in fragmented objects.

The division of colour across the surface creates a sense of emotional duality — warmth and detachment, structure and spontaneity. Layers of painterly texture and freehand lines introduce motion and depth, while the blurred boundaries between background and subject give the piece a dreamlike resonance.
