Refund policy

 

Upon receiving your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods for quantity, specifications, and details. Any queries or complaints about the condition or quality of the goods must be raised within 10 days of receipt. If no issues are reported within this timeframe, the purchase and delivery will be deemed accepted, and refunds will not be available.

If the goods are unsuitable, damaged, or returned for any other reason acceptable to the gallery, any refund will be issued in GBP, regardless of the currency used for the original purchase. The refund amount will match the amount shown on the buyer’s invoice, i.e., the amount received by the gallery. The gallery is not responsible for currency fluctuations and will not adjust the refund amount based on these fluctuations or any bank fees incurred by the recipient.

Please note, any deposit taken for an artwork is considered a commitment to purchase and is non-refundable unless the artwork does not meet the described specifications.
